HOW TO FIND YORK DOG PARK
You can find York Dog Park at Back Lane, Knapton, 3 miles from the city centre of York, easily accessed just off the A1237 from the outer ring road. The postcode for Sat Nav is YO26 6QJ.
Parking is provided within the dog park field on a gravel surface. This is sign posted upon arrival. Please do not park elsewhere on site when using the dog park.

PARKING AT YORK DOG PARK
When accessing York Dog Park via car, please open the main gate using your allocated gate code (which you receive via text message when you book a session) and drive your car into the dog park field that you have booked.
You will need to open the York Dog Park gate and park on the hard standing just inside the enclosed dog field near the shed. Please close the dog park gate behind you before your dog out of the car to ensure they are safe and secure in our dog field.
York Dog Park has been designed for a maximum of 3 cars at one time. If for any reason you require more parking, please contact us on before booking at dogparkyork@gmail.com
Please do not park anywhere else on site, unless instructed otherwise. Directions to the Dog Park car park are sign-posted on arrival.
ABOUT YORK DOG PARK
York Dog Park is an award-winning dog walking park in Knapton, York. We have two secured enclosed dog walking parks that you can hire for exclusive use for you and your dog(s). On our fields you can let your dogs off the lead allowing them to run, explore and most importantly play in a safe area.
You and your dog(s) will benefit from our 1-acre private dog walking fields, offering a stress-free fun environment for exercise, training, fun and more. Complete with a full agility course for your dogs. Our Dog Walking parks have been developed with a 6ft deer fence and rabbit netting underground to fully the secure the fields for your safety.
At York Dog Park, you and your dog will be able to work on training, building confidence, bonding (if your dog is new to you and your family) with no risk of interruptions. You'll get the dog walking field all to yourself which gives you the chance to really bond and have fun without any distractions.
Our Dog Walking Fields are conveniently located in the pretty countryside Village of Knapton, 3 miles from the city centre of York. Easily reached from all areas of York just off the A1237 from the outer ring road.
Many local dog walks are becoming busier and more of a danger to dogs and their owners. York Dog Park offers the perfect solution for private one-on-one time with your dog(s) to explore in a safe environment.
We are open for bookings 7am until 8pm, seven days a week. You can hire each of our fields for 60 minutes at a time. You can book your session online on our website.
